 
        
        We are seeking a proactive and efficient IT Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide remote computer and IT system support for employees.
Responsibilities:
 * Resolve technical issues by analyzing problems and formulating solutions
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues in a timely manner
 * Ensure the customer is updated on ticket progress through regular communication
 * Work with customers to solve problems remotely
 * Utilize knowledge bases to find and provide solutions to known issues
 * Research and resolve complex issues using external information when necessary
 * Update ticket tracking systems with status and fixes consistently
 * Escalate issues to relevant parties as required
Requirements:
 * Associate's Degree student in Information Systems or equivalent program required, or proven track record of IT experience
 * Knowledge delivering IT solutions within corporate environments
 * Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
 * Desired experience in Advertising and/or Marketing industry
 * Experience in centrally managed computer environments
