Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity to combine creative design with project and relationship management.
The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as experience with Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or After Effects.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and technical needs.
* Partner with clients to understand their creative briefs and translate them into flexible templates.
* Own the onboarding journey for clients from kick-off to rollout.
* Lead hands-on platform training (1:1 and group), empowering clients to create and manage their own campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create dynamic templates that automate and scale creative production across platforms.
* Translate creative briefs into flexible templates built for performance and brand consistency.
* C coordinate onboarding and training timelines, manage expectations, and communicate progress clearly with both clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Portuguese and English.
* Experience with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or After Effects.
* Strong communicator and natural presenter.
* Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about automation and smart workflows.
* Great at managing multiple projects and timelines without losing details.
* 2+ years of experience in design, client success, or creative operations.
