Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to drive the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms in LATAM markets.
This role requires a bridge between marketing teams and technical delivery groups, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable features.
* Responsibilities include owning and prioritizing the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Key deliverables include writing clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintaining documentation in Confluence.
* Collaboration with global and local teams is essential to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Supporting integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and ensuring data governance best practices is also required.
* Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely, value-driven delivery is crucial.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is an asset.
