The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Senior Service Designer (ITSM & Developer Experience), who wants to learn and transform his career.In this role you will- Conduct in-depth developer experience research using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand daily challenges in software development.- Translate ITSM processes into intuitive, modular, and developer-friendly services that seamlessly integrate into engineering workflows and platform architecture.- Apply design thinking and co-creation practices in collaboration with developers, platform engineers, product managers, and ITSM teams.- Work within agile squads, iterating on concepts and validating solutions through continuous feedback.- Use data, analytics, and insights to inform decisions and measure the impact of service design improvements.- Define and evolve the Developer Experience strategy for a modular platform, focusing on reducing complexity, context switching, and process overhead.- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and cross-functional alignment to ensure service designs are technically feasible and strategically relevant.- Bring a strong product mindset, advocating for solutions that balance developer needs, usability, and business priorities.Mandatory Skills- 5–8 years of experience in Service Design, UX Research, Developer Experience, or closely related roles.- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.G., ITIL) and how they apply to modern software development environments.- Proficiency in service blueprinting, journey mapping, design thinking, and end-to-end service design methodologies.- Experience working in agile environments and with cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong analytical skills, able to use data, insights, and developer feedback to drive informed decisions.- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and advocate for developer‐centric solutions.- Strong product mindset with focus on value delivery, usability, and measurable outcomes.Desirable Skills- Experience in platform engineering, developer productivity, or DevEx-focused organizations.- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.- Experience designing services within modular or self-service platform ecosystems.- Familiarity with enterprise environments using complex ITSM processes and tooling.- Ability to conduct both discovery research and evaluative research to validate service improvements.- Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops, ideation sessions, or service design sprints.Please attach resume in English>
