Chili is looking for Design or Engineering students from their 2nd year onward who are ready to dive into the world of UX/UI and performance-driven web development. If you're passionate about digital design, curious about how to optimize user journeys, and eager to learn how to build and implement high-converting landing pages, this is your chance to join a fast-paced, data-driven, and innovative environment.

What You'll Do
Design and implement landing pages that drive performance.
Apply UX/UI best practices to layouts, forms, and user flows.
Develop and edit front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for page optimization.
Use tools such as Figma, WordPress, Webflow, or Unbounce to create and publish pages.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align design and functionality with campaign strategies.
Assist in setting up A/B tests and tracking performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
Students from 2nd year onward (Design, Computer Engineering, Web Development, or related fields).
Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or Canva).
Interest in UX/UI, web design, and performance optimization.
Creative mindset with technical problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus).
Curiosity and ambition to grow at the intersection of design and technology.
