Role Overview: Agile Delivery Leader for Salesforce Commerce Cloud
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Leader to lead the delivery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise, can effectively coach cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals)
* C coordinate cross-team dependencies (SFCC, integrations, OMS, payments, SEO/content, analytics)
* Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers

Requirements:
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination)
* Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and Scrum certifications (CSM or PSM I / PSM II)
* Solid eCommerce domain knowledge: catalog, pricing, promotions; checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns; Order Management Systems (OMS)
