We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals and Business Analysts in Agile Scrum environments.
* Mandatory Requirements:
* Proficiency in English with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration required.
* Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience in Agile Scrum environments essential.
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience beneficial.
* Proven track record of managing teams and projects.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps and Agile metrics necessary.
* Desirable Requirements:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry advantageous.
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset desirable.
* PMP certification and CSM preferred.
* Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis and Cloud Technologies beneficial.
