Role
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers through meetings, calls and other forms of contact adopted by the company. He will develop projects that focus on providing an excellent customer service and support experience and helping customers achieve their desired goals.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities
1. Analyze the area's success indicators and help identify operational failures, in order to improve the customer experience.
2. Identify the main customer difficulties and create strategic solutions to resolve the problem.
3. Make calls to check how the customer's relationship is with the solution delivered in our product and what can be done to help them make the most of it.
4. Provide information about our customers to the internal product, technology, sales and marketing team in order to improve the customer experience.
5. Collect feedback from partners and customers about the product/service and the current status of the relationship with the organization.
