We are seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator to enhance our CRM capabilities.
This role involves managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring its effective use for business operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Perform daily administration tasks such as user creation, role assignments, and permission setup.
 * Monitor system functionality and data quality to ensure optimal performance.
 * Implement platform configurations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
 * Create and maintain actionable dashboards, reports, and filters to support business goals.
 * Collaborate with team members and third-party vendors to address system changes and requirements.
 * Manage automation tools like Process Builder, Salesforce Flows, and Approval Processes to streamline operations.
 * Use data management tools to perform bulk uploads, clean data, and handle deduplication.
 * Address routine tasks with diligence and adaptability while working under tight deadlines.
 * Propose innovative solutions after conducting thoughtful technical research and analysis.
 * Provide support and training to end-users to ensure system proficiency among stakeholders.
Requirements
 * Proven experience in Salesforce administration with a minimum of 2 years.
 * Familiarity with Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports & Dashboards, and AppExchange applications.
 * Proficiency in configuration tasks such as creating validation rules, custom fields, objects, and page layouts.
 * Skills in building impactful reports, dashboards, and actionable filters for effective data consumption.
 * Expertise with automation tools including Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, or Approval Processes.
 * Understanding of data management tools like Data Loader or Import Wizard for uploads, cleaning, and deduplication processes.
 * Knowledge of integrations and API connectivity is preferred but not mandatory.
 * Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
 * Flexibility to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment while meeting demanding deadlines.
