Job Description
* More than 5 years of experience in IT
* More than 3 years of experience with C# / .NET development
* Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core
* Experience with cloud development (preferably Azure)
* Strong experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server):
* – triggers, stored procedures, and application performance tuning in the database
* Strong experience with in-memory databases:
* – using Redis for caching
* Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑performance backend APIs and microservices
* (IaaS, PaaS, Functions, Kubernetes, etc.)
* Experience with microservices architecture
* Experience with RESTful APIs
* Experience with messaging systems
* Experience with distributed architectures
* Experience with observability tools (e.G., Grafana, DataDog)
* Experience working in agile environments (Scrum / SAFe)
* Experience with Microsoft DevOps and version control (Git)
* Experience in virtualized environments (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes)
* Experience with application testing
* Familiarity with security and code quality tools (e.G., Veracode, SonarQube)
* Experience with DevOps processes (including pipeline configuration)
* Experience with observability tools (e.G., Grafana, DataDog)
* Experience using AI tools for development (e.G., Copilot)
* Ensure best practices in security, code quality, and monitoring
* Collaborate with product, frontend, and mobile teams (delivering end‑to‑end solutions)
* Participate in the full development lifecycle:
* – conception, design, implementation, automated testing, and deployment
* Dynamic and proactive in seeking information
* Good communication, teamwork, engagement, and resilience
* Knowledge of the insurance market is a plus
* Intermediate or advanced English (preferred)
