HCM IT Business Partner (SAP HCM / SuccessFactors)
We are hiring an experienced HCM IT Business Partner to connect our HR and IT teams and take ownership of our HR systems landscape.
This role is ideal for someone who understands HR operations but also has strong technical experience with SAP and HR platforms. You will play a key role in improving processes, leading system initiatives, and ensuring our HR technology supports business goals.
What you will do:
Serve as the main contact between HR and IT for all HR system topics
Translate HR needs into system solutions
Lead and support projects related to SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other HR tools
Oversee integrations with payroll, time tracking, benefits, and learning systems
Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders
Ensure data privacy, compliance, and system stability
Drive continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape
What we are looking for:
Experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors
Background in HRIS, HR Technology, SAP HCM consulting, or IT Business Partner roles
Understanding of HR processes such as payroll, talent management, recruiting, and learning
Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, etc.)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
Professional level of English
Education:
Degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field
Additional certifications or postgraduate studies are a plus
