Job Description – HR Intern (Recruitment & Selection)

Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Recruitment & Selection team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop hands-on experience in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and candidates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment processes for different roles
Assist in job postings on ATS and job boards
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial HR screenings (when applicable)
Maintain and update candidate databases in the ATS
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Assist with recruitment reports and pipeline tracking
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:
* Human Resources
* Psychology
* Business Administration or related fields
* Must be at least in the 3rd semester (or above)
* Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
* Previous internship experience in HR or Recruitment
* Familiarity with ATS platforms
* Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing
