Job Description
* Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics-driven initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven track record in financial planning and analysis with at least 4 years of experience in a related field
* Strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with intermediate-level proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud
* Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
* Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
