Servicenow Technical Architect - This role is the technical leader responsible for designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNows unified customer engagement platform (NOW Engage), serving Expert Services and Partner consultants globally. The Technical Architect translates business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions, ensures platform integrity and performance, and provides handson technical leadership across the full delivery lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices. Lead architecture for multitenant NOW Engage, ensuring security, data isolation, and performance. Architect integrations with external systems (REST APIs, Integration Hub, AI/GenAI features). Guide scrum teams, oversee code reviews, and enforce technical standards. Collaborate with Business Analysts, executives, and crossfunctional teams to align business and technical goals. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security, and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA). Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, automation, CI/CD, and documentation. Requirements:610 years of ServiceNow experience (development, administration, architecture). Deep knowledge of ServiceNow products (CSM, SPM, ITSM, ITOM). Expertise in custom app development, advanced data models, workflows, and API integrations. Strong coding skills (JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, UI Builder). Experience with multitenant architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. PreferredServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CAD certifications. Experience with AI/GenAI integrations and Agile/SAFe methodologies. Leadership of scrum teams and collaboration with external vendors.
