Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a LinkedIn Strategy & Content Manager. You'll be the voice behind the CEO's LinkedIn presence — ghostwriting posts, managing outreach campaigns, and building a content engine that generates inbound leads. This role also covers email automation and campaign tracking, so you need to be comfortable across LinkedIn, GoHighLevel, and Google Analytics.
Responsibilities
* Create LinkedIn posts for the CEO's personal account — matching their voice and building their thought leadership presence
* Plan and execute a LinkedIn content calendar aligned with business goals
* Run LinkedIn outbound outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
* Build and optimize email automation workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL)
* Track and report on campaign performance
* Test all content, workflows, and campaigns thoroughly before publishing or launching
* Help refine ICP definitions and test messaging to improve lead quality
* Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n to improve content output and efficiency
What we are looking for
* Experience ghostwriting LinkedIn content for founders or executives
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, content formats, and engagement tactics
* Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows and automation
* B2B marketing experience, especially in SaaS or professional services
* Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign tracking
* Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
* Extremely detail-oriented with a test-before-you-launch mindset
* Clear communication and ability to capture someone else's voice authentically
