About the Role Inferno Partners is a fast growing iGaming acquisition network operating across multiple international markets.
We are looking for a hybrid Email Marketing & Deliverability Specialist who can manage both:
Email campaign execution (performance & targeting)
Mailing infrastructure (SMTP, domains, deliverability)
This is not a pure CRM role .
Candidates must have hands-on experience with email infrastructure and high-volume sending systems .
What You’ll Do
Email Campaign Management
Create and manage email campaigns (acquisition, retention, reactivation)
Segment databases and optimize targeting
Monitor KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversion
Run A/B tests and improve campaign performance
Mailing Infrastructure & Deliverability
Set up and manage SMTP servers and sending systems
Configure and maintain domains, IPs, and sending environments
Execute IP/domain warm-up and rotation strategies
Monitor and improve inbox placement and sender reputation
Handle:
Spam filters
Blacklists
Deliverability issues
⚙️ Technical & Tracking Setup
Manage tracking (links, postbacks, pixels)
Troubleshoot sending and delivery issues
Ensure campaigns are properly integrated and tracked
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in email marketing AND deliverability/infrastructure
Hands-on experience with:
SMTP servers
Domain/IP management
Bulk email / high-volume sending
Strong understanding of:
SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Inbox placement & sender reputation
Experience in iGaming, crypto, forex, or similar high-risk verticals
Performance-driven mindset (data + execution)

Experience with custom mailing setups
Background in affiliate marketing / lead generation
Basic HTML for email templates
