Executive Assistant Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to partner with our Customer Success Senior Manager at a growing digital marketing agency. This role involves supporting client success, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and optimize bio pages for new financial advisor clients.
* Coordinate with account managers to ensure client setup is seamless.
* Configure calendar linking systems and GHL account setups.
* Ensure every new client has a flawless onboarding experience.
Client Relationship Management
* Facilitate & Manage all client offboarding communications with professionalism.
* Execute drip message campaigns and implement client-requested changes.
* Conduct thorough account audits to identify and resolve messaging errors.
* Handle monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications.
Meeting Support & Documentation
* Attend weekly client meetings as the CSM's right hand.
* Take detailed meeting notes and create actionable task lists.
* Collaborate with account managers to ensure all client requests are tracked and completed.
* Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes.
Requirements
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
* Experience in digital marketing or financial services.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams.
