We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to drive growth across Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with key customers and driving revenue expansion through the sales of nutraceutical ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in the nutraceutical industry within LATAM. They will possess a deep understanding of the market trends and competitor activity, as well as a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, developing strategic plans to expand customer relationships and increase revenue
* Territory Planning: Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans, aligning sales strategies with business objectives
* Sales Strategy: Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, highlighting their unique benefits and value proposition
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
