The PMO & Automation Specialist is part of the Customer Digital Transformation organization. Your role : Responsible for leading projects regarding Automation (RPA) and Digitalization of the Customer Path to Purchase in the Life Science business (B2B) of Merck. Responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. Responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the stakeholders. Lead cross functional teams in strategic customer engagements to create value for Customers. Guarantee technical documentation to ensure quality on projects implementation; Be a facilitator and bring visibility to the company's efficiency fronts - supporting prioritization, creating metrics and building visibility; Knowledge and Skills: Project leadership relevant experience. Experience driving Customer Journey improvements and Digital Transformation.Strong analytical skills in using data to make recommendations and business decisions. Relevant experience in Digital Transformation and Business Development Projects.
