Job Description
Mission as a Aplicadora Comercial: Provide each client with a safe, comfortable, and effective experience using our cutting-edge treatments to help them achieve their best version, boosting their confidence and well-being. Additionally, develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients, contributing to the clinic's growth, with a focus on sales results and excellent customer service. Collaborate in creating and executing marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Prospect, follow-up, and manage potential clients both in person and online (calls or messaging platforms);
* Perform technical sales of our services, identifying the most suitable options for each client;
* Conduct technical evaluations and clarify doubts about our procedures;
* Schedule appointments;
* Operate high-tech equipment for aesthetic procedures (Laser Alexandrite + Nd:YAG);
* Participate in promotional activities and campaigns;
* Engage in post-sale activities to assess customer satisfaction and interest in additional services.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Degree in Biomedicine with specialization in aesthetics or Technologist in Cosmetology and Aesthetics;
* Must hold an active CRBM license for Aesthetics (including Technologists in Cosmetology and Aesthetics) - Resolution No. 241, May 29, 2014 - check the Regional Council of Biomedicine website;
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays;
* Interest in sales is valued. No prior experience required if willing to develop in this area;
* Enjoy interacting with people and committed to providing quality service.
