Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate qualified leads and schedule product demos through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.
* This individual will be responsible for making 50–75 outbound calls daily to prospective clients across various industries.
* The ideal candidate will utilize CRM software to manage and execute multi-touch outreach sequences including emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
* A strong record-keeper with ability to maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in the CRM is required.
* Additionally, this role involves scheduling a minimum of one product demo per day by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
* Collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing teams is essential to optimize lead generation strategies.
* The selected candidate must be able to refine messaging and outreach tactics based on performance data and feedback.
Key Qualifications:
* 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred.
* Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary.
* Presentation skills and ability to articulate value propositions are key attributes of this position.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and self-motivation are also required.
