Delivery Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to lead teams and manage delivery for key customers across all technological tracks. In this role, you will ensure regular updates to stakeholders, work closely with customer stakeholders, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Work closely with technology teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Lead teams across technologies, promoting a culture of collaboration and productivity.
In order to succeed in this role, you will require exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You must also possess the ability to establish and monitor performance metrics, such as KRAs and KPIs, to drive team success.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Additionally, you must have proven experience in software development project management, including experience in onshore/Nearshore/offshore models.
