We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the Marketing Technology Transformation across LATAM — including the rollout of Single Customer View (SCV), Loyalty Delivery, and Marketing Automation programs.
You’ll oversee multiple workstreams, connect global and local teams, and ensure smooth, on-time delivery of complex marketing technology initiatives.
What you’ll do
* Lead the end-to-end program strategy for SCV, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and interdependencies across multiple LATAM markets.
* Act as the key liaison between global and regional teams (Marketing, IT, Data, and external vendors).
* Oversee project governance, reporting, and agile processes to drive transparency and efficiency.
* Track KPIs, ensure delivery quality, and support change management and adoption.
The kind of profile we’re looking for
* 10+ years in Program or Project Management, ideally within digital or marketing technology transformation.
* Experience managing multi-country programs with cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of MarTech ecosystems (CDP/SCV, Loyalty, Automation tools).
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (both preferred).
* PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
