Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Location: Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Employment Type: 6 months Contract or Fulltime
Position Type: 2 days per week Hybrid
Salary: For Junior’s, 3000-4000 BRL/month and for Mid-Level’s, 5000-6000 BRL/month
Job Responsibilities:
* As a Recruiter (Mid-Level) supporting KPIT’s recruitment team in Brazil, typical duties include:
* Lead and manage recruitment processes: handle full recruitment cycles, from sourcing to offer coordination.
* Organize the recruitment pipeline: track vacancies, candidate progress, and timelines.
* Coordinate recruitment deliverables: support teams to meet hiring goals efficiently.
* Communicate with internal stakeholders: keep hiring managers informed and aligned on recruiting progress.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: Must have 3–4 years in recruitment and selection (HR / Talent Acquisition).
* Recruitment Expertise: Hands-on coordination of processes and delivery timelines.
* Languages: English is mandatory; Portuguese will likely be essential too in Brazil.
* Profile: Organised, results-oriented, autonomous.
