Agile Delivery Lead - Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery lead to oversee the implementation and ongoing support of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in eCommerce domain, effective coaching skills, and ability to align with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination)
* Proficiency with: Jira, Confluence, CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
* Scrum certifications: CSM or PSM I / PSM II
* Solid eCommerce domain knowledge: catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns, Order Management Systems (OMS)
