Job scope
As a Sales Proposal Specialist for Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves (PCV), you will be part of a high-motivated and impactful team, responsible for creating high-quality, solutions-focused proposals, preparing bid documents, and cost estimates to enable the sales staff to meet customer needs.
Your responsibilities
* Elaborate PCV equipment proposals, professionally produced within the deadlines defined by the customer.
* Work closely with the Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, sales strategies, and fulfill internal processes.
* Coordinate with Sales/Specialists to prepare preliminary sizing/solutions for proposals.
* Request and coordinate with stakeholders for information to meet proposal requirements.
* Compile and estimate equipment, parts, and buyout costs to prepare final Capex.
* Consolidate the technical and commercial offer.
* Promote a culture of personal and team safety, including others affected by the company's operational activities.
What you bring
* University Graduate, preferably in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering.
* Desirable knowledge/experience in Pumps, Hydrocyclones, and Valves.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Desirable intermediate level of English.
* Team player with strong work ethics and integrity.
