Key Responsibilities Professional English-Speaking Competency Lead and support SAP IS-U Device Management (DM) and Billing/Invoicing configurations and enhancements Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications Configure and support: Meter installation, removal, and replacement processes Register management and meter reading validation Billing schemas, rate determination, and invoicing processes Work on rate design, pricing, and tariff configuration Support integration with SAP modules such as: FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable) CRM / CIS / AMI systems Participate in full lifecycle implementations (Blueprint → Go-Live → Hypercare) Troubleshoot billing and meter data issues, ensuring accurate consumption and invoicing Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and defect resolution Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations Required Qualifications 5+ years of SAP IS-U Functional experience Strong expertise in: Device Management (DM) Billing & Invoicing Hands-on experience with: Rate configuration and billing schemas Meter-to-cash lifecycle in utilities Experience with FI-CA integration Strong understanding of utility business processes (electric, gas, or water) Proven experience in SAP IS-U implementations or rollouts Ability to write functional specs and work with ABAP developers Preferred Qualifications Experience with S/4HANA Utilities or SAP S/4 IS-U Exposure to AMI / Smart Meter integrations
