In this role, you will bridge tactical accounting execution with strategic financial insight across multiple clients. Your contribution will ensure accuracy and clarity in financial reporting and analysis while delivering high-quality service that aligns with each client's business goals. Collaboration with Accounting Managers and Staff Accountants will be essential to provide seamless, reliable accounting solutions. Accountabilities
* Serve as the first point of escalation for day-to-day client inquiries and accounting issues
* Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting to help clients understand performance and key metrics
* Identify accounting or process challenges, recommend data-driven solutions, and communicate changes clearly
* Support Staff Accountants in daily operations and professional development through guidance and feedback
* Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to maintain client satisfaction and manage profitability
* Partner across departments to create a seamless client experience and connect clients with additional resources as needed
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 4-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in client-service or outsourced accounting environments
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and month-end close processes
* Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and related applications
* Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a remote environment
* High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
