The ideal candidate will have experience in EHS project management, with a strong background in administrative, systems and engineering careers. They should possess excellent knowledge of product development lifecycle management, as well as proficiency in working within Agile environments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the EHS landscape applications to ensure seamless auditing control across the region.
* Cultivating strong relationships with business partners, cross-functional teams, and third-party contractors to address their needs effectively.
* Managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs efficiently.
* Identifying transformation projects to streamline or replace existing processes with end-to-end solutions, such as automated evaluation and matching of key system data.
* Ensuring that documentation of business aspects of proposed solutions is accurate and up-to-date.
* Collaborating with the Digital Technology team to develop a technology strategy and roadmap by researching, evaluating, and considering alternative technology options available in the market.
To be successful, the candidate should possess:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in EHS.
* Strong knowledge of Enablon, Safety Net, and Safety Web systems.
* Proficiency in product development lifecycle management.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Excellent English language skills (advanced level).
