We are seeking an FP&A Director for a large multinational technology company, one of the leading global players in its segment, to lead a globally operating FP&A Hub.The FP&A Director will be responsible for leading and structuring a high-impact team focused on providing strategic insights and financial guidance to senior stakeholders across the organization. This role is accountable for the end-to-end financial planning cycle, including forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking and financial analysis, ensuring robust support for business decision-making and operational efficiency.Acting as a key business partner, this professional will work closely with Finance Directors, Vice Presidents and Corporate leadership, playing a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, supporting executive decisions and driving the consolidation of financial performance across all business units.RESPONSIBILITIESTake full ownership of the P&L, covering both actual results and forward-looking projections, for internal and external purposes;Lead the Mid-Term planning cycle, actively contributing to long-term strategic decision-making;Coordinate monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information;Consolidate results across all Americas operations, providing visibility into variances and underlying business drivers beyond purely technical consolidation;Deliver structured and insightful analysis to senior stakeholders, including the CFO and executive committees, supporting key business decisions;Drive target-setting processes and ensure adherence to financial guidelines across the region.Lead, engage, and develop a large team, setting clear direction, expectations, and promoting a high-performance culture;Act as a transformation agent, promoting efficiency improvements, leveraging new tools and systems, and challenging existing processes;Maintain strong interaction with senior management, providing regular updates and guidance on financial plans;Ensure clear direction for the team, including goal-setting, performance expectations, and ongoing professional development support;Manage and develop a team of financial analysts.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field;Fluency in English is mandatory;Professional accounting certification is considered a plus;Solid experience in FP&A and/or financial analysis roles;Proven track record in leading large teams, including leadership of team leads;Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling;Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including CFO-level;Previous experience in multinational companies or dynamic, fast-paced environments;Experience in a Big Four firm is considered a strong plus;Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel; familiarity with automation and BI tools is a plus.
