Product Designer Role

The Opportunity
We seek a highly experienced and strategic Product Designer who thrives on solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering intuitive product experiences in fast-paced startup environments.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end product design processes from discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries for consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique within the team;
Requirements
* Full professional proficiency in English with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale;
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools;
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma and FigJam and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
* Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software;
* Experience working in agile development environments with strong collaboration skills;
* Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles;
