Artist Collaboration Opportunity
We are seeking artists to participate in the Common Lives Project, a unique data collection initiative.
* Participants will wear a head-mounted camera to record daily activities over 5 days within a 2-week window.
* The recording should be done at least 7 hours a day, pausing for breaks and privacy.
Requirements:
* No children under 18 present or visiting during recording.
* All adults must be fluent English speakers and consent to being recorded.
* Living in a private apartment, building, or indoor work environment is required.
* All household members must appear in the footage.
Participant Criteria:
* Indoor, non-customer-facing roles are eligible.
* Both individuals must share the same workplace or household and wear a GoPro.
* Engagement in manual or creative work (e.g., chef, artist, carpenter) is necessary.
* Self-employed or employer consent is required for work environment recording.
* Basic computer skills for uploading and reviewing video clips are essential.
Technical Requirements:
* Access to a computer and internet connection is mandatory.
* Comfortable using web-based tools for uploading and reviewing clips is necessary.
* A GoPro camera and accessories will be provided.
