* Manages the organizational calendar and maintains a consistent workflow cadence.
* Facilitates problem-solving and cross-team collaboration to drive progress.
* Coaching & Mentoring:
* Provides guidance to teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in embracing lean-agile principles.
* Encourages a culture of continuous learning and improvement throughout the organization.
* Risk & Impediment Management:
* Identifies, tracks, and resolves impediments and risks that hinder productivity.
* Escalates critical issues to leadership when necessary.
* Flow & Value Optimization:
* Optimizes the flow of value across the organization.
* Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.
* Salesforce knowledge is beneficial, while JIRA expertise is essential for success.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Establishes effective communication with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
* Liaises between business strategy and technical execution.
