- A **Master’s or Doctoral degree** in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current licensure or certification as a therapist **(e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW).**:
- Experience providing therapy services to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort and proficiency in using technology for virtual therapy sessions.
