This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of employment laws across various jurisdictions to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. This role will primarily support our EMEA region and report into a manager located in the USHow You Will ContributeManage the end-to-end global employment contract process for permanent and contingent employees;Manage the contract review and signature process, including the use of e-signature platforms;Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure all contracts comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, and company policies;Collaborate with regional HR teams, hiring managers, legal departments, and business units to address specific contracting needs;Maintain accurate records of all employment contracts and related documents;Monitor and report on contract-related metrics and trends;Stay informed about changes in employment law and update contract language accordingly;Assist in developing and updating global contracting policies and procedures;Continuously improve the offer process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience;Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure proper integration of contract data into WorkdayQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldFluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required.
