Job Title: Agile Facilitator
The Agile Facilitator is a pivotal role that requires exceptional leadership and coordination skills to drive business success.
Main Responsibilities:
* Agile Event Management
o Design and orchestrate major events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt to align with business goals.
o Manage the ART calendar to ensure program-level cadence and facilitate seamless execution.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
o Promote effective communication and stakeholder alignment to drive business outcomes.
* Risk Mitigation and Resolution
o Identify, track, and resolve impediments and risks to minimize their impact on business operations.
o Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
* Process Optimization
o Analyze and optimize the flow of value across the ART to improve productivity and efficiency.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address dependencies and architectural runway.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure clear understanding and alignment with business objectives.
* Link business strategy to technical execution through strategic planning and collaboration.
