SAP Data Assurance Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Assurance Manager to lead our SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle. This role involves technical data preparation, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals. Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles
* Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with data preparation and conversion
* Develop and implement effective data quality control processes
* Mentor junior team members and promote adherence to data conversion best practices and standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM) and their integration points
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred
* Proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADMI by Syniti
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
