We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Operations Analyst/Project Manager.
In this role, you will drive efficiency, improve processes, and deliver strategic initiatives that enable the business to operate at its best.
You will coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives, align priorities across stakeholders, monitor progress against milestones, and assist with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the coordination of cross-functional initiatives and develop plans accordingly.
* Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations and insights.
* Review workflows and identify bottlenecks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
* Build Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and deliver strategic insights.
