We have an opening for an Analista Qualidade I position at our Londrina - PR office.
Job Description
* Monitor the quality of ServiceDesk interactions, providing opportunities for improvement, development, and customer focus.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
Responsibilities
* Conduct internal audits of calls and tickets to ensure adherence to global quality standards.
* Support operations through process improvements, operational training, coaching, and development.
* Present performance reports highlighting audit results and incidents.
* Create and update quality documentation, including specifications, methods, and training materials.
Requirements
* Fluent in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
* ITIL certification.
* Fluency in Spanish.
* Advanced Excel skills.
