Account Management Role
This role involves building and maintaining long-term, valuable relationships with existing and potential clients.
You will be the main point of contact for multiple assigned accounts and will be tasked with overseeing the continued development of business from onboarding to account lifetime.
As an Account Manager, you will be the expert on the platform, facilitating adaptation for our clients. Your primary objective is to assist in revenue-generating opportunities and provide outstanding support to ensure partner confidence in the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist accounts daily through navigation of the platform, including introducing new features, addressing issues, and nurturing relationships
* Foster continued business by providing unmatched value and nurturing relationships
* Communicate quickly and clearly to resolve issues and follow up until resolution is met
* Work independently towards account satisfaction and collaborate with team members as needed
* Track tasks and report performance weekly according to assigned KPIs
* Continuously educate yourself on industry knowledge and platform features
