Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement customer segmentation models, including clustering algorithms to identify actionable buying groups within CDP data.
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to build and scale buying group frameworks that enhance personalization, targeting, and campaign performance.
* Integrate advanced models and segmentation logic into Customer Data Platforms such as Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce CDP or similar.
* Apply advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis.
