Key Responsibilities
* Act as the
main point of contact
for all Culture Marketing touchpoints within the company.
* Build and manage the
Culture Marketing partner portfolio
(artists, influencers, content creators) to achieve brand and category objectives.
* Lead adidas Brazil's initiatives across
culture territories
(music, fashion, sports, art), mediated by influencers, including the
production and measurement of content
.
* Maintain and strengthen
day-to-day relationships with partners and their teams
, ensuring alignment with brand and category objectives.
* Manage
budget planning and execution
, guaranteeing that all implementations comply with approved plans and investment priorities.
* Oversee and manage a
third-party agency
, ensuring the delivery of correct service levels to partners.
* Ensure that
partner activation guidelines
are followed and delivered in line with the Brand Communications strategy.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Proven knowledge and/or previous experience in
