Creative 3D Artist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled 3D designer to join our team, specializing in high-fidelity marketing-grade 3D rendering and product animation. This role is responsible for generating stunning, hyper-realistic 3D visuals, clean motion assets, and sophisticated compositing work across our diverse portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop high-end product and lifestyle scenes with advanced image compositing from various reference materials.
* Create professional 3D product animations, including product rotations, camera moves, and simple showcases.
* Help set new standards for modeling, texturing, lighting of products with dedication to visual authenticity.
* Translate design concepts into detailed 3D models.
* Develop high-resolution final images and video assets of rendered content.
* Balance and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
* Work with varied project briefs, cooperate with Graphic Designers, and support the wider Creative team.
* Adhere to brand guidelines, adapting to distinct visual approaches required for each brand.
* Maintain design standards, including consistent file-naming structures and folder organization.
Requirements
* Mandatory: Expert proficiency in Cinema 4D, with preferred experience in Octane Render.
* Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in commercial-style 3D visualizations, image compositing, and 3D animation.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, fluently articulating technical 3D constraints to non-technical team members.
* 4+ years' experience as a 3D designer, preferably in a graphic/animation studio or advertising agency.
* Proactive interest in emerging 3D technologies and willingness to explore AI-powered tools.
* Able to assess briefs and determine effective execution strategies, balancing technical excellence with efficient workflows.
* Educated to degree level in Design or related subject, proficient in modeling and texturing.
* Expertise in lighting setup, color, and shading, with keen focus on product presentation.
* Superb composition, visual veracity, texture, and illumination skills, with understanding of materials.
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and knowledgeable about Adobe Creative Suite.
* Able to plan, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.
