Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage presales teams in LAD, providing specialized support during the full sales cycle. Facilitate customer understanding and adoption of products and applications by delivering presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks to internal and external clients. Provide technical and functional leadership to sales and presales teams in solution development and proposal creation. Actively participate in account planning and sales strategy development. Publish relevant technical information about applications and products, as well as technical articles as needed. Collaborate with management to define and enhance new products. Serve as a liaison between the company and customers on specific technical projects. Ensure regional visibility and support the professional development of emerging leaders within the team. Lead and motivate teams, managing both internal and external talent.
