We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that drive sustainable growth. You will play a key role in expanding our network of partners, affiliates, and strategic collaborators across global markets.Responsibilities:• Identify and engage potential strategic partners, affiliates, and business opportunities aligned with our growth objectives.• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with partners, acting as a trusted point of contact.• Evaluate partnership opportunities and build proposals that align with mutual business goals.• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to execute and optimize partnership strategies.• Support onboarding of new partners, ensuring a smooth and successful integration into our platform.• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to maximize value and revenue.• Maintain accurate records of partnerships, communications, and pipeline activity in CRM systems.• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to support expansion strategies.Qualifications:• 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management roles.• Strong communication skills in English (professional level).• Strategic mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously.• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).• Analytical thinking with a focus on long-term growth and value creation.• Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, affiliate programs, or digital platforms is a strong advantage.What We Offer:• Opportunity to work on high-impact strategic initiatives• Ongoing professional development and career growth• Collaborative and international work environment• Exposure to global markets and partnership ecosystemsJob Type: Full-Time / RemoteSalary: $800 USD/month + Commission
