Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Brazil.
This role requires the ability to work and attend meetings during Eastern Time zone (North America) business hours.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building trust.
* Enable successful communication to maintain existing revenue and identify new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Be a champion for our customers, working with internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights.
* Monitor client engagement and utilization of services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
About You:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing startup.
* A genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* Demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
