Corretor de Imóveis – Ingleses at Rede Vistorias (Brognoli). We are looking for a real‑estate broker to join our sales team in Florianópolis, SC.
As a broker, you will bridge the gap between buyers and sellers, delivering consultative, high‑quality service throughout the entire customer journey.
Responsibilities
Attend and accompany clients from start to finish of the purchase and sale process, up to hand‑over of keys.
Negotiate proposals focusing on favorable agreements and keep systems updated.
Act as a trusted consultant, representing Brognoli with market knowledge and professionalism.
Qualifications

Active registration with CRECI or TTI.

CNH B and own vehicle.

Centro da Ilha – Florianópolis, SC. Flexible focus on regional client areas.
Work hours: 6‑hour shifts at the agency, scheduled Monday through Saturday. Full‑time (PJ).
Requirements
Minimum education: Technical course.
Driving license: B.
Own vehicle.
Preferred: CRECI or TTI registration.
Remuneration: Highly attractive based on closed sales.
