SAP Technical Cutover Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP technical cutover manager to lead our team in successfully going live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP modules and their integration points, as well as excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description
As an SAP Technical Cutover Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project. This includes technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
You will collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
You will also manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
1. Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.
2. Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
3. Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and specific deliverables.
4. Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
5. Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
You will track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* A strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
