About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile events, managing the program calendar, and ensuring cross-functional cadence. You will also be responsible for coaching teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Event Facilitation & Coordination: Orchestrate major Agile events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt). Manage the program calendar and ensure cross-functional cadence.
* Coaching & Mentoring: Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Risk & Impediment Management: Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks. Escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
* Flow & Value Optimization: Optimize the flow of value across the program. Help manage dependencies and architectural runway.
Requirements
* Must have knowledge of JIRA.
* Appreciation of Salesforce knowledge.
