Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery professional to lead Scrum teams for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery.
The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce domain expertise, can effectively coach cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with organizational governance, security, and compliance standards.
* 8+ years in Agile delivery
* 5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting web/eCommerce teams
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or comparable enterprise eCommerce platforms
* Proven ability to improve velocity predictability, reduce defect leakage, and manage dependencies
* Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or pragmatic multi-team coordination)
* Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, CI/CD awareness (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and Scrum certifications (CSM or PSM I / PSM II)
* Solid eCommerce domain knowledge: Catalog, pricing, promotions, Checkout, payments, tax, shipping, returns, Order Management Systems (OMS)

* Able to lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals
* Track sprint health and manage scope
* Identify and remove impediments and coordinate cross-team dependencies
* Provide clear status reporting and facilitate effective demos
* Ensure alignment with governance, security, compliance, PCI, accessibility, and change management
Key Responsibilities:
Primary duties involve managing SFCC B2C implementation, migration, and enhancement projects end-to-end, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Must be able to develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies while monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring quality and timeline adherence.
